3:00 - 3:30 Arrive at Apogee Central Florida's campus

3:30 - 3:50 Unwind, playtime, and healthy snacks

4:00 - 4:30 Physical Fitness

4:30 - 5:15 Tutoring & homework help

5:15 - 6:00 Life Skills Activities (gardening, changing tires, making soap, first aid, starting a business, musical instruments, critical thinking through Socratic discussions, budgeting, telling jokes, cooking, and much more!)

Monthly Fees

$360 due by the 1st of the month.

Snack Policy

We value establishing healthy eating habits as a part of a child's development. Please provide your child with foods that are not overly processed. Examples would include fresh fruit, cheese, nuts (except for peanuts), dried fruits, Greek yogurt, hummus, popcorn, and proteins. We do not allow sodas or chips on campus and prefer children to drink water.

Pick Up Policy

Pickup is at 6:00 pm eastern. Late fees of $5 every 15 minutes will be assessed. We only release children to authorized parents, guardians, or individuals listed on the application form. We take safety seriously and request parents to notify us in writing of any changes to authorized individuals for pickup.

Background Checks

We follow state requirements for our tutoring center and all staff completes background checks prior to employment. We conduct background checks annually on existing staff members.

Interview Process

Spots are limited and we want to ensure that families understand our campus policies prior to enrolling in our after-care program. We will have a 30 minute phone or video interview prior to acceptance. This helps ensure everyone's expectations are addressed and met, ensuring alignment and reducing any communication errors.
