Homeschool Meet Up for Socratic Conversations
Weekly, we sponsor Socratic conversations for home school students rotating at local parks. It's free to register and families can meet other like-minded homeschool families to challenge children for engaging dialogue. Help your child develop their ability to engage in civil discourse, debate strategies, and presenting in a welcoming environment. All ages welcome as it's a more simple format to learn the basics of Socratic conversations. The Socratic conversation will start 30 minutes after the start time to provide meet and greet time, prior to the conversation. It lasts 30 minutes, then another hour for children to play together and parents to get to know each other. Feel free to pack a lunch or snack! Sign Up Here: https://forms.gle/XPatcKt7JbpdXepa7.
